Answers to your questions

Yes. We always include the domain name free of charge for the first year in all our e-commerce packages. From the second year onward, you will need to pay renewal fees, which depend on the extension. If you already own your domain name, we will point it to the hosting provider that will host your site. You can also choose your own hosting provider and manage your domain yourself. As this service is offered free of charge in your basic package, no discount is provided in this scenario.

Yes. We always include the hosting of your site for free for the first year in all our packages for standard sites that do not require dedicated or cloud servers. If your site requires a dedicated or cloud server, this additional service will be charged extra after consultation with you. You may also choose to host your site on a dedicated or cloud server of your choice without using our services. Since this standard hosting service is included for free in your base package, no discount is provided in this case.

Yes. As soon as we link a domain to a hosting plan, we add a free, basic Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. We can offer you more secure and authoritative certificates for an additional fee. Official rates apply in this case.

Yes. If you host your site with one of our partners and through us, you are entitled to email addresses. The number of addresses and their capacity depends on the hosting provider. Hostinger limits the quantity to 100 and the individual volume to just 1 GB. Beyond this, an additional fee is required. O2switch is more flexible in this matter. In the case of a dedicated or cloud server, the offer is limited by the server’s capacity but can be considered unlimited.

From the start of development until the website goes live, there is no theoretical limit to the number of modifications. We implement methodologies that allow us to minimize back-and-forth by thoroughly understanding your needs. Your site will go live once you are completely satisfied with the result. The only limit is technical, so we do not limit modification requests on your website before it goes live. After the website goes live, the number of interventions depends on your package or your subscription to a support plan.

For all e-commerce site creation packages, we offer full support for twelve months, including 4 non-cumulative hours of intervention per month, unlimited email responses to your questions, correction of all bugs caused by us or related to updates, and quarterly updates to your theme and all plugins. After this period, you can continue support by choosing one of our maintenance or support subscriptions.

In any case, we efficiently optimize all our websites so that, even without an SEO subscription, the launch of the website will have the fastest possible impact. We optimize the website, as well as the initial content, and advise you on the best and most effective techniques for your specific case.

The timeline depends on many factors. However, the average duration from the start of development to going live is usually between four to eight weeks. The variables that affect the timeline include the speed and quality of our information exchange, your responsiveness, the absence of unforeseen events, and the number of modifications you request.

No. The price of the e-commerce package is the only amount you need to pay for all the elements included in this package. After a twelve-month period, you will need to renew (with us or elsewhere) your domain name, hosting plan, and SSL certificate. As long as you do not order any additional services, there are no further charges for the creation and launch of your site.

You can pay by bank transfer before the invoice due date, but also by Bancontact or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

Yes. We create, configure, and install a Google Analytics account on your website, allowing you to track all key data related to your site. To make it easier for you, we install Google Site Kit on your website and configure the most relevant data. We can also set up custom Looker Studio reports for free.

Yes. Once your service is ordered, we will schedule an initial virtual meeting to introduce ourselves and listen to your expectations. As long as the development work has not started, you owe nothing. Once the development begins, you are responsible for the amount of the selected package by its due date.

You can pay the full amount of your package in one go. This will be invoiced before the website goes online, and payment must be made within 7 days to release the publication of the website. If paying in four installments, the first installment must be paid to release the website’s launch. Note that in this second case, you will only have full rights after completing all four payments.

Yes. You will receive a guide to assist you, along with links to the official documentation and WordPress community. Additionally, before the website goes online, we will clearly explain how to perform all the required actions. During the first year, you can always contact us at no cost to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of your website.
